all you need to make this is a bed sheet and a glue gun
i bought a king sized bed sheet in the colour i wanted, and measured the area i wanted to hang the curtain, then i cut the fabric to the size i needed.
then i cut the rest in to long strips.
then i layed the strips down on the fabric, and pleated it, then i used a glue gun and stuck the fabric down
then i kept going covering the whole piece of fabric, and making sure the gap between each ruffle was the same.
then i folded the top of the last ruffle over, and glued it to the back to make the top neat.
