    dyed scrap fabric flower brooch

    Uncategorized

i just used some off cuts of fabric i had at home and the beetroot juice i already had so this cost nothing to make and would look lovely on a jacket, or handbag. you could ever put a hair clip on the back and wear it in your hair (if you made it slightly smaller)

I think you updated your blog header? Is is very cute! These flowers are incredible. I a bit confused, how does tea bag make a yellow flower? The pink from the beetroot is ever a pretty shade. Thanks for showing me how I can "color" my fabrics naturally. The flower ended up so pretty, and so glad you show us how to. I've pinned it so I will easily as a reference. Again always amazed at your level of creativity! So glad you shared your creative inspiration with Sunday's Best – you helped to make it a fun party

About how big would you say your starting shapes were? I'm trying to make fabric and paper flowers for my brother's wedding and I like the finished size of these.

      Thanks!
