    peach tissue paper poppies tutorial

    Uncategorized

    you will need

    peach tissue paper
    pink water colour paints
    glue
    black tissue paper
    black embroidery thread
    white pen
    kebab stick

first you will need to cut some petals like the photo above and then paint them with some paint on the edges or ends of the petals and place them to dry in an egg carton

whilst they are drying take a kebab stick and roll up a ball of tissue and then wrap tome black tissue over it and glue it to the stick in a ball shape.
then take some black embroidery thread and wrap it around then tie it in the middle and trim it and slide it behind the centre part, then start gluing the petals on. to finish the centre use a white pen to draw some lines

Your poppies are so intricate and realistic! The photos are great, they really show the steps you took to create them. Stopping by from Craftionary's linky.
