i used this soap mould from wholeports.com, to shape the cookie dough, i rolled it in to balls then pressed it into the mould then, turned it over and flipped it back out.
the recipe i used for the cookies was
115g
of caster sugar
115g of soft butter
300g of plain flour
a few drops of
vanilla essence
strawberry extract
pink food colouring
first i mixed the butter and sugar together with a wooden
spoon, then i mixed in the egg and vanilla essence and the strawberry extract and added the food colouring and then i used a sift and
added the flour, i used my hands to mix it in to dough. after i pressed them in the mould i put them on a lined baking tray and put them into the over at 200c for 8-10 minutes
