sift
the baking powder and flour together and add to the mixture and knead to form a
dough. separated in to two balls and add green colouring to one and pink to the other. on a flour dusted surface roll out and then cut the pink dough with a tulip cutter, then roll out the green dough and cut it into strips and place it under the tulip head and use the rolling pin to join them together.
line a baking
tray with baking paper and put the cookies on and then place in the freezer for
5 mins (this dough is perfect for sugar cookies as it holds it shape putting it
in the freezer helps) then put into the oven for 8/10 mins,
once cooked take some roll out fondant and cut it with the tulip cutter and stick it on to the cookie, then use luster dust to paint it pink, cut petals and then stick them on and paint them too.
