    pineapple passion fruit sorbet

    Uncategorized

this sorbet is so tasty and is really refreshing, i scooped out the inside of the pineapple to use it as a serving bowl. it was so easy to make and really worth a try.

    recipe
    1 pineapple
    3 passion fruit
    1 tbsp honey
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup water

scoop out the soft part of the pineapple and discard the hard centre, put it in a blender and puree, add it into a pan with the water, and sugar and honey, add the seeds of the passion fruit and stir until sugar has dissolved.
pour into pineapple and put in freezer after half an hour take it out and give it a stir, then put back in the freezer for another half and hour and do the same,
then freeze for another 2 hours or until needed.
