    Uncategorized

i love these little Brazilian treats they are so good, and so easy to make.
what with the world cup soon to start in Brazil i thought i would be good to make them.

    recipe
    1 tin or condensed milk
    2 tbsp butter
    3 tbsp cocoa powder
in a pan add the condensed milk, butter and cocoa and stir until butter melts and continue stirring until it thickens for about 10 minutes,
pour onto a greased tray and place in the fridge for 10 to 20 minutes
grease your hands and roll the chilled mixture in to balls, it should be stringy when pulled apart and hold its shape when rolled.
roll them in cocoa or, coconut, chopped nuts, sprirkles or even icing sugar and enjoy.
