    nutty granola balls

    Uncategorized

these granola balls are so easy to make and they taste great i love them.
i add seeds, nuts and dried fruit with granola and peanut butter and honey to make them, i bake them as i like them crunchy but they can be eaten raw.

    recipe
1 and 1/2 cups granola or musuli
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup peanuts
    3 tbsp sun flower seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries and other dried fruit
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup runny honey
in a food processor add the peanuts and chop them up, then in a bowl add the granoland oat, seeds and dried fruits and add chopped peanuts, add the peanut butter and honey and mix, add more if needed to make the mixture clump together.
    roll into balls
if you want to bake then add them to a preheated oven at 180c
bake for 6 minutes on each side.

These look so yum. I love that you used one of those old-fashioned meatball shapers to shape the granola balls. I love little kitchen gadgets like that. As usual, your photographs are gorgeous!

Hi Aimee! Gosh as good as the granola bars look, I love your photography just as much!!! Gorgeous. I love the old meatball shaper too…it adds such an interesting object to your photos. I saw your post over at French Country Cottage's blog party.

You have such a beautiful blog! I could spend forever browsing through your photography. I always love a granola snack recipe, and using the scoop adds such a nice touch.
